Shelters in the Pacific Northwest

OldDog Haven

OldDog Haven is a very small group of people with a network of others trying to provide a loving safe home for senior dogs abandoned at this stage of their lives. When we have room, and the means, we take these dogs into our homes; if possible we adopt out those with a reasonable life-expectancy. We care for the rest as long as they have good quality of life. In addition, we try to assist owners in finding new homes for their senior dogs through our website and referrals.

Goat Rescue

Goat Rescue's mission is to find safe and loving homes for goats in need by matching goats with people who have the circumstances and resources to care for them, and to provide a sanctuary for goats when new homes cannot be found.

WAIF (Whidbey Animal Improvement Foundation)

WAIF is a non-profit organization which was formed in 1990 in an effort to help Whidbey Island's homeless companion animals. WAIF is dedicated to provide food, shelter, veterinary care, and nurturing to displaced pets until loving homes can be found for them.
